The homage to Ovid’s Metamorphoses by Andrea Chisesi in Noto

A journey between myth, memory and metamorphosis: Andrea Chisesi, contemporary artist, reinterprets Ovid’s masterpiece with his “fusion” technique — painting, photography, dripping and collage meet in unpublished works with a strong contemporary impact. His works transform classical myths into layered, powerful and modern visions. Curated by Martina Mazzotta, the exhibition located in the spaces of the Civic Museum of Noto opens as an empathetic dialogue in which “everything changes, nothing dies”.
