Eat a delicious pizza, looking at the sea, in the beautiful hamlet of San Giovanni Li Cuti. More than a dream, it is Cutilisci.

The most particular pizza?
Vegan pizza with babaganoush (aubergine cream with Taijn), tomato confit, basil pesto and mixed seeds.

The most requested pizza?
Certainly the pizza brontese, with a mixture of five cereals.

Do you have special flours for doughs?
We use the Petra 1 flour of Molino Quaglia mixed with durum wheat for our classic dough; whole wheat flour from ancient Sicilian wheat and cereal flour. All our pizzas are made with sourdough.

Are there any particular weekly promos? We offer a 10% discount for those who sit at the table before 8.00 pm.

A special drink (beer, wine, cocktail) to drink while eating pizza?
The Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier, a draft beer produced according to a centuries-old tradition and the Sicilian craft beer Bruno Ribadi Special Ale (Russello wheat, Pantelleria grapefruit and dried carobs). But there is also something new: the summer cocktails recommended by our barman Peppe. Among these the Cutjilitio, prepared with tequila reposado, brown sugar, fresh lime juice, basil leaves and Sicilian cedar top.

By us, every season has its own pizza. And so every season we prepare different pizzas but always with fresh and organic ingredients.

The most requested pizza? Surely the most requested and appreciated pizzas is that with potatoes and mushrooms.

Do you have special flours for doughs? In the preparation of pizzas we use only “particular” flours: from spelt to Senatore Cappelli or soft and organic grains. And then the wholemeal flour, stone-ground flour or enriched with wheat germ.

Are there any particular weekly promos? No, during the week we do not apply any promotion.

A special drink (beer, wine, cocktail) to drink while eating pizza? We ban the esterophile cocktails to enjoy excellent wines and fine beers to be drunk with pizzas.

USL – L’ALTRA PIZZA

One of the most digestible pizzas (thanks to an ingredient from the Caucasus) and many flavors to choose, in a pizzeria where you will feel at home.

The most particular pizza?
“Trunza”, prepared with the Trunzo of Aci(Slow Food presidium), a kohlrabi that we put on pizza. After all, ours is “L’altra pizza”, an unconventional pizza both in its shape (it is oval and served on a wooden cutting board) and in its content.

The most requested pizza?
Napoletana with smoked mozzarella di bufala, tomato sauce and basil. Cinar with ricotta di fuscella and sautéed artichokes and Porcella with mortadella, chopped pistachio and mozzarella fior di latte.

Do you have special flours for doughs?
Our dough is composed of three flours: rice, wheat and soy flour. Yeast for 60 hours in a natural way with a natural leavening agent (Kefir) that makes the pizza digestible, fragrant and light.

A special drink (beer, wine, cocktail) to drink while eating pizza?
The spelt craft beers and a wide selection of bottled, crafted and Sicilian beers. Among the wines, the red Noto, the Nerello mascalese, the Frappato, the white wines of Etna. A selection of fizz that will surprise you. And then, you can taste our pizza also as an aperitif, together with our best cocktails.

Why choose you?
Because you will feel at home. We are at the back of Via Etnea, in a small food-and-wine district. We start at 7.00 pm with our aperitif to continue at dinner with pizza and salads and then finish with sweets in the jar and, after dinner, with our cocktails.

ZABBARA

A delicious pizza with seasonal ingredients. To be enjoyed just outside the chaos of the city, in a cozy and comfortable environment.

The most particular pizza?
Zabbara, a sweet pizza made with sugar and ricotta cheese, agave syrup, orange peel and roasted Avola almonds. Or the mini pizzas, made with three different doughs (white, rustic and hemp), in assorted flavors.

The most requested pizza?
Noci, dressed with mozzarella di bufala ragusana, Ragusano dop flakes and shelled walnuts.

Do you have special flours for doughs?
We only have flours of ancient Sicilian grains. Let’s make a white dough with Mallorcan wheat flour type 1, a rustic dough with wheat flour Russello bio, stone-ground and mixed with cereal flour and a mixture with hemp flour. For all we use the sourdough and prepare them not less than 5 days before.

Are there any particular weekly promos?
On Tuesdays we offer a 50% discount on almost all pizzas.

A special drink (beer, wine, cocktail) to drink while eating pizza?
The combinations vary depending on the pizza. The most successful is the one between the pizza tartufata and the Grevestainer draft beer, a raw unfiltered amber beer.
