Kids Trip: family friendly cities

Kids Trip is a project by Bianca Caccamese, a mum who loves going around with her kids. Since she knows how difficult it could be, she decided to do something for making it more pleasant.

Hence the idea of a family-friendly quality label that makes the structures attentive to the needs of small customers and their carers easily recognizable. Kids Trip, together with the family network that follows it, has defined some minimum reception requirements that must be present in the structures in order to be considered family-friendly; basic equipment such as the changing table, high chairs, entertainment and children’s menus in the case of restaurants, or baby gifts, cribs, area for the preparation of food in the case of accommodation, or professional training of staff, visits / activities for families and a reading corner in the case of museum and recreational facilities.
The presence of these, and others, quality standards allows the structures to apply for the Kids Trip quality label, receiving visibility and promotion in the family circuit with the aim of orienting their choices.

Kids Trip is a project shared and supported also by the IPress integrated communication agency, and collaborates with CityMap Sicilia to you know the best of our land, with the aim of mapping the family friendly structures in Catania and giving residents and tourists the opportunity to fully live it and enjoy it with children!
