On February 27th and 28th at 8:30 PM, Il Sale Art Café opens its doors for the next #MeCook appointment with a special guest: Franciacorta winemaker Paolo Perin from Cantina Bèlon du Bèlon.

The story of the Bèlon du Bèlon label began in 2000 with Paolo’s ambition to create a wine that best expresses the characteristics of the Franciacorta region and its finest grapes.
