Bubbly on Etna has fairly ancient roots dating back to the late 19th century. Etna spumante DOC is, and will increasingly be, the new frontier of the Sicilian and Italian classic method.

This exclusive tasting of Etna spumante will take you to explore this challenge of wines from our seductive territory, where the mountain climate blends with the proximity of the Ionian Sea.

During the tasting you will be able to taste some of the winery’s labels such as Ciuri, Blanc Brut, Rose Brut.

The wines will be accompanied by a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts with bread and olive oil produced by the winery itself.
