An event celebrating the beloved Etna porcini mushroom and the Sicilian territory
The eleventh edition of the Etna Porcini Mushroom Festival returns in 2024 to celebrate the rich culinary and cultural tradition of the Fornazzo community and the Etna region. From September 14 to 22, Fornazzo will become the vibrant heart of local flavors and traditions, with the Etna porcini mushroom taking center stage.
Etna Porcini Mushroom Festival: 2024 Edition
The 2024 edition aims to highlight Etna products, with particular focus on the porcini mushroom and Etna DOC wine. Through dishes prepared with local ingredients, the event seeks to promote traditional cuisine, cooked by local chefs.
