EXHIBITION OF EELCO BRAND IN CATANIA

“On Display” the first solo exhibition by Eelco Brand at the massimoligreggi gallery in Catania

From 12 April to 10 June 2019, the massimoligreggi gallery hosts Eelco Brand’s personal exhibition curated by Massimo Ligreggi.

3D software, refer to nature. Their being incredibly detailed makes them look like real images and their repetitive movement continually catches the eye of the viewer.

The sculpture on display, although designed with the same software, is diametrically opposed to the meticulous reproduction of images. We can consider the enlarged representation of purely digital forms and creates a new language of digital sculpture.
