The big feast of Italian cuisine comes back in Taormina from May 20th to 22nd
The event, organised by Federazione Italiana Cuochi in collaboration with Chic Chef, Con.Pa.It., Le Soste di Ulisse and other local and national partners, turn on the the spotlights on the streets and the buildings of the pearl of the Ionian sea.
Now in its seventh edition, Cibo Nostrum is confirmed as one of the greatest food and wine events in Italy. The event consolidates also its spirit of solidarity, supporting scientific research against Parkinson’s disease and the campaign against Cyberbullying (at the event he will be present also the director of MOIGE Antonio Affinita).

May 20th, Sunday
h 17.00 – Opening of the VII edition at Zafferana Etnea
h 20.00 – “Festa dei Territori” and welcome dinner at Atahotel Naxos Beach
21st May, Monday
h 10.00 – Press conference
h 11.00 – Visit “Acireale Città Barocca” with tasting of Sicilian granita and typical rotisserie
h 17.00 – “2018 Anno del Cibo Italiano” organised by prestigious Italian food brands, local wineries and qualified journalists in the sector.
h 19.00 – La Grande Festa della Cucina Italiana along the corso Umberto of Taormina.
(The gain of the day will be donated in part to the Limpe Foundation for research on Parkinson’s disease and in part to the Moige in favor of the campaign to raise awareness against Cyberbullying).
22nd May, Tuesday
h 9.30 – “Alla scoperta degli Agrumeti Siciliani”, departure from the hotel to visit the citrus farm Santa Lucia
h 13.00 – “Festa Mediterranea” at Il Faro of Capomulini, by the Chefs with Coppola (Simone Strano, Giuseppe Raciti, Giovanni Grasso and Giuseppe Torrisi)
