Festival of the artichoke

From main course to dessert. Every dish prepared using artichoke. Or, better, using “Violetto Ramacchese”, the high quality artichoke cultivated for centuries in Ramacca.

It is celebrated the 26th edition of the Artichoke Festival. In the six days of the festival, the arrival of spring is greeted enjoying the tasty dishes prepared with this unique vegetable.

You will find excellent recepices, the famous bread of Ramacca and other traditional Sicilian food. And there will be also cultural and popular tradition, folk and musical performances, guided visits to the Park and to the Archaeological Museum; and even Sicilian carts, conferences, comedy shows, cooking classes and cooking shows.
